Where it started
One good idea, made properly
I'm Mabella — an older mother, a home educator, and the founder of MBC Kids Club. It began with a simple frustration: so much of what's made for children is either thin and screen-shaped, or worthy but joyless. I wanted learning that was genuinely good — the kind of thing a child wants to do, not the thing they're made to do.
Over the years I´ve watched everything tip online -There's a sadness in seeing so many traditional things slip away. So I started building the alternative. I wanted future parents and educators to have access to traditional, lovingly-crafted resources and a carefully curated space for technology — not one or the other, but the best of both, chosen with care.
The thread that runs through all of it: take a subject worth knowing, and make it a delight to learn.

We're not anti-screen or pro-screen. We're pro-learning — and we'll use whatever serves the child best, whether that's a sheet of paper or an app that comes alive in their hands.

Modern tools, made with care
We build with AI — openly and deliberately. It's how a small team can make so much, so well: drafting, illustrating, designing and prototyping at a pace that simply wasn't possible before.
But AI is the workshop, not the craftsman. Every pack, app and course is shaped, checked and pitched by a real person who knows children — because a tool can move fast, but only judgement makes something genuinely good for a child.
It's the best of both: the warmth and discernment of a small family company, with the reach and ambition of something much larger.
